No. Louvre tickets cannot be cancelled or modified once booked, so check the date, the headcount and every traveller's name before you pay.

Your ticket is valid for entry within 30 minutes of the booked time. Arrive at the meeting point early — the security screening line is outside your ticket window and can take 30–40 minutes.

Children aged 5–17 need a €20 ticket. Infants under 5 travel free but still have to be added to the booking so the headcount is correct.

EU citizens and residents pay €35; everyone else pays €45. You may be asked to show proof of EU citizenship or residency at the entrance.

Yes. The timed-entry ticket covers the permanent collections, including the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo and the Galerie d'Apollon. Temporary exhibitions in the Hall Napoléon are not included.

By email and WhatsApp as soon as the booking is confirmed. Keep them on your phone or print them, and carry the ID named on the ticket.

The Louvre is closed on Tuesdays and on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December. Last entry is one hour before closing.

Two hours covers the highlights. A full visit across the departments takes most of a day, and the museum is open until 21:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays.
