Privacy policy.

Pages you open, roughly when you opened them, the country your request came from, and the type of device and browser you used. We use this to see which pages help people reach the point of booking.

We do not ask for your name, email or payment details anywhere on this site. Those belong to the booking you make with The Top Tickets, under their own policy.

If you allow advertising measurement, the following is sent to Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC):

• the pages of this site you viewed and the order you viewed them in;
• your device, browser and approximate location (country level), as advertising cookies and similar identifiers;
• the Google ad you clicked or saw before arriving, and whether you then clicked Book tickets to leave for The Top Tickets.

The purposes are limited to measurement (counting what the ads produced) and ad optimization (letting Google's bidding show the ads to more people like those who booked). We do not send your name, email or any contact detail to Google, and we do not use customer lists built from your identity.

In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec, advertising measurement stays switched off until you say yes in the notice that appears on your first visit. Accepting and rejecting take one click each, and the choice is stored on your own device.

Changing your mind takes the same effort: open Cookie settings in the footer and pick again. A rejection is honoured in every part of this site, including anything sent from a server, and it is never quietly reversed. Outside those regions the same notice does not appear, and you can still turn advertising cookies off in your browser.

You also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because we keep almost nothing that identifies a person, a request will normally end with confirmation that we cannot link your request to a record.

The Top Tickets runs ticketing for this site. When you click Book tickets you leave this site for theirs, and from that moment their privacy policy applies — including to your name, email and payment details, which we never see.

This site is not operated by, and is not affiliated with, the Musée du Louvre. Museum opening hours and entry conditions quoted here are taken from the museum's own published information.

Ticket prices, opening hours and booking conditions on this site are copied from the live The Top Tickets listing and the museum's public information. Where a figure here and a figure on the partner's listing disagree, the partner's listing is the one to trust, and we correct this page.
